Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia & Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders

We ship to 28+ countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. Patchd is not responsible for customs delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
